TEHRAN /// In 2012, École nationale supérieure des arts décoratifs in France and Faculty of Fine Arts in University of Tehran together held an exhibition of their illustrations in Tehran and Paris. In this joint project, it was asked from Iranian and French students to illustrate in two different subjects. The subject of illustrations for Iranian students was “Tehran” and for French students was “Paris”.

Another subject in this joint project which was presented to Iranian students was illustration the character of a French student. For this purpose, each Iranian student received a text in which a French student described his/her physical features and personality; and also each Iranian student described his/her characteristics for a French student. In this part, I illustrated the character of a student named “Matthew”.
